The mission behind my company is simple: to serve others and do so with a smile. Growing up, I spent most of my days outdoors, appreciating the beauty of the world around me, and that deep connection to nature led me seamlessly into the landscaping and property services industry.

What We Do
At LS Property Services, landscaping and landscape maintenance are our core focus. We offer expert lawn and landscape maintenance on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule from March through November (weather permitting).
Our goal is to keep your property looking pristine throughout the spring, summer, and fall seasons. Whether you need basic upkeep or full property service and meticulous manicuring, we have service packages to suit your needs.
As the seasons change, we specialize in preparing your property for the upcoming months. In spring and fall, our cleanup services are in high demand. From thatching and aerating to leaf and debris removal, and mulch installation, we handle it all with care and precision.
When winter rolls in, we transition to snow removal services, ensuring your property remains safe and accessible, free from the dangers of snow and ice buildup.
